Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Laboratory Operations Lead to manage quality analysis across the palm oil mill. You will supervise the lab team, ensure accurate testing, calibration, and SOP compliance, and drive improvements in product quality and process efficiency.

You will apply your chemistry and analytical skills to interpret results, implement HSE practices, and coordinate with production teams on site in Indonesia, requiring dedication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food/Agricultural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a palm oil mill or related laboratory environment.
• Good knowledge of CPO, kernel, FFB & Loose Fruit quality analysis, and process losses
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be based at the company's operational site
