Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations.
• Strong knowledge of FFB and Loose Fruit processing, CPO, yield, and process losses.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at the company's operational site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all mill operations to achieve production, yield, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure production processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, HSE requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and control process losses, downtime, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the mill team to achieve operational targets.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with relevant departments.
