Job summary

PT Mitra Karsa Utama is seeking a Network Engineer to monitor, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure, including Cisco devices and SD-WAN systems. You will ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise connectivity across sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will work with cross-functional teams and may perform on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, CE, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, Network Support, or similar role.
• Experience implementing, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting SD-WAN.
• Understanding of Layer 3 concepts, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues systematically.
• Certifications in networking are valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, Cisco devices, SD-WAN and enterprise connectivity services.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks across physical, data link, and security layers.
• Handle customer connectivity issues, analyze and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve incidents.
• Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide on-site support at customer locations or HQ when required.
