Qualifications

This is a Network Engineer position responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure and SD-WAN devices. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, particularly Cisco and SD-WAN systems, while ensuring network availability and reliability according to operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, Cisco devices, SD-WAN, and Enterprise connectivity services.

Perform network configuration and troubleshooting across physical, network/protocol, wireless/RF, service, and security layers.

Handle customer complaints related to connectivity and mobile services, including analysis, troubleshooting, and follow-up until resolution.

Coordinate with customer PICs, internal teams, MSHS (NEOM/FOP), and partners to resolve incidents and network issues.

Manage spare parts and coordinate deliveries to DOP or customer locations.

Perform Trouble Ticket reconciliation and maintain documentation of network, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Prepare reports on network/service performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.

Provide on-site support at customer locations or HQ when required.

Qualifications:

Minimum S1 degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, Network Support, or similar role

Experience implementing, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting SD-WAN

Understanding of Layer 3 network concepts, routing, switching, and network protocols

Experience troubleshooting networks across physical layer, network/protocol layer, wireless/RF, service layer, and security layer

Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, and basic network security

Ability to systematically analyze and troubleshoot network issues

Capability in monitoring, maintenance, and documentation of network devices and infrastructure

Additional networking certifications are valued
