Job summary

PT Harapan Jaya Sentosa (Harapan Construction) is seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor based in Riau, Indonesia. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project budgets.

You will evaluate quotations, support tender evaluations, monitor costs and variations, and work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams. Site visits, measurements, and cost-control improvements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong cost estimation and budgeting for building/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in tender documentation, contract administration, and evaluating quotations.
• Able to perform on-site measurements and liaise with project teams.
• Experience with quantity surveying software and construction documentation tools.
• Solid understanding of materials, methods, timelines, and quality standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Evaluate quotations from contractors and suppliers; support tender evaluations.
• Monitor project costs and variations throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progress and financial reports.
