Job summary

PT Hastari Jaya Sentosa is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Staff to manage cost estimation, BoQ, RAB, and related financial admin on infrastructure projects.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle tenders, VO, EOT data, and prepare monthly certificates, using Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other QS tools.

The role requires a 1 site roster 8:1, S1 degree in Management or Civil Eng, 3–5 years' experience, and strong analytical and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Management or Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor on construction projects
• Understanding of construction contract administration (FIDIC, Lump Sum, Unit Price)
• Understanding of tender processes, vendor evaluation, and work volume review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other QS software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, negotiation, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work to targets and deadlines
• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Willing to be placed at Site Project with roster work system 8:1

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse BoQ, RAB, cost estimates, and work volume calculations
• Understand construction contract administration, including FIDIC, Lump Sum, and Unit Price contracts
• Manage tender processes, vendor evaluation, and work volume review
• Prepare Variation Order (VO) calculations, claim documents, and EOT supporting data
• Calculate and prepare Backup Monthly Certificate (MC) and Quantity Final
• Operate Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other QS software
• Work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines
