Job summary

PT Matcha Muda Manggala in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta, seeks a hands-on Purchasing/Procurement professional to handle end-to-end sourcing, PO administration, and supplier coordination.

You will negotiate prices and terms, ensure compliant documentation, monitor inventory, and generate regular procurement reports while working on-site. Minimum 3 years of experience and a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree are required; strong Excel skills are expected for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably Management, Accounting, or Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience with procedures and related documentation is required.
• Knowledgeable in procurement procedures and PO administration.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Willing to work on-site at the office (Bantul DI Yogyakarta).

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of goods and services based on internal requests.
• Source and maintain good relationships with local suppliers/vendors.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors.
• Manage and process export-import documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure the completeness of procurement documents (quotation, invoice, delivery note, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels and inventory needs regularly.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Finance, and requesting departments regarding purchased goods.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of supplier performance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.
