Job summary

PT YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a Material Controller to manage material receiving, storage, and issuing for its project sites. The role requires coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Site Teams to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules.

Candidates should have a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree and at least two years in Material Control, Warehouse, or Inventory in construction, MEP, or Data Center projects, with strong Excel and data accuracy skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Engineering/Logistics preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, or Inventory within construction, MEP, or Data Center projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory administration.
• Understands material receiving, stock control, material issuing, and stock opname processes.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project site locations.

Responsibilities

• Control material receiving, storage, and issuing for project needs.
• Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock opname, and update stock records.
• Prepare material reports and ensure data accuracy between system and physical stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Site Teams regarding material requirements.
