Job summary

PT Asia Development Engineering (PT ADE) seeks a Site Manager with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and at least five years in construction. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and sketching tools is required. Driving licenses A & C are mandatory.

Willing to be assigned to project locations across Indonesia. You will plan manpower, monitor attendance and daily activities, ensure tool and material readiness, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Hand Sketch / 3D Sketch Up and other supporting software.
• Have Driving License A & C.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, responsible, and committed.
• Willing to be assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure manpower requirements according to project needs, including coordination of facilities such as meals, accommodation, and transportation.
• Monitor manpower attendance and daily workforce activities at the project site.
• Ensure availability, utilization, and maintenance of work tools and equipment.
• Monitor material availability and prepare monthly material requirement plans based on project schedule and work progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement effective work methods and achieve project targets.
• Ensure project activities comply with company management systems, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager related to project operations.
