Responsibilities

• Review requests for goods/materials and help prepare PO/SPK for suppliers and vendors.
• Search, select and determine vendors according to project needs.
• Make price comparisons for project materials.
• Coordinate with project party regarding quantity, quality and specs.
• Negotiate prices, services and delivery times with suppliers/vendors.
• Ensure purchases arrive on time and in good condition.
• Maintain inventory records and vendor list administration.
• Check stock in warehouse for reuse and maintain supplier relationships.
