Lintasarta in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end vendor contracts for Data Center, cloud, and IT projects. You will lead negotiation, governance, and lifecycle activities, coordinating cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years in contract/vendor management, with three years in Data Center or IT projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 7 (seven) years of professional experience in contract management, vendor management, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 (three) years in Data Center, Cloud Infrastructure, Telecommunication, or Information Technology projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end partner and vendor contract lifecycles, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, contract administration, performance monitoring, contract renewal, and contract closure.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract governance, and compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in planning and coordinating logistics operations for Data Center infrastructure deployment, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, customs coordination (if applicable), and last-mile equipment delivery.
Experience managing warehouse operations and asset lifecycle management, including receiving, storage, inventory control, asset tracking, equipment allocation, maintenance records, and disposal processes.
Familiarity with Data Center equipment and infrastructure logistics, including but not limited to servers, storage systems, network devices, racks, power systems, UPS, cooling equipment, structured cabling, and related accessories.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external vendors, to ensure timely project execution and successful delivery.
Strong capability in project planning, logistics scheduling, material readiness, and risk mitigation to support Data Center construction, expansion, migration, or modernization projects.
Experience in vendor performance management using Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contract compliance monitoring.
Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and reporting skills in English.
