Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced in material control or project administration, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage material records, inventory, and project documentation.
• Monitor material receipts, usage, transfers, and deliveries.
• Prepare material reports, purchase requests, and stock updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, purchasing, and project teams.
• Check material quantities and documentation against project requirements.
• Maintain records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
