• Bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, HR operations.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to be based on-site at the manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for manufacturing leaders and employees.
• Support onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with line managers to identify workforce needs and support talent planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Provide HR data insights and reports to support decision-making for manufacturing operations.
