Job summary

Metropolia Land is seeking a proactive Property Sales Executive in Malang to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate. You will identify buyers, conduct property tours, present features, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and drive deals through closing, while coordinating with marketing and maintaining lead records.

You will attend client meetings and events to support sales, with an emphasis on ethical, customer-focused service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge or interest in property, real estate markets in Malang and surrounding regions.
• Ability to manage leads and sales pipelines, maintain documentation, and follow processes to close deals.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM) to support daily activities.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities; capable of working independently and meeting targets.
• Prior experience in property sales is an advantage but not required for highly motivated candidates.
• Minimum of a high school; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Malang, including evenings or weekends as needed to meet clients or events.
