Job summary

Metropolia Land is seeking a Property Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Malang. You will identify buyers, conduct property tours, present features, and respond to inquiries professionally.

Daily duties include preparing proposals, negotiating within guidelines, and guiding clients through the sales process to closing, while maintaining accurate lead records and supporting marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of property markets, especially in Malang and surroundings.
• Ability to manage leads, pipelines, and follow established processes.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM) to support daily activities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Malang, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Experience in property sales is advantageous but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
• Minimum of a high school certificate; a diploma or degree is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential buyers for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours, present features and benefits, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals; negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Support clients through the sales process until closing; maintain records of leads.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and stay updated on inventories.
• Attend client meetings and events to promote listings and close deals.
