Job summary

IBMC’s client, a premier real estate and luxury villa development group in Southeast Asia, is hiring a proactive Finance Manager to anchor on-site Lombok financial operations.

This hands-on leadership role covers financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, ERP oversight, and tax compliance, with mentoring of junior staff and alignment to regional expansion. Strong Indonesian accounting knowledge and cross-border collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Proven leadership in finance management, ideally in real estate/project development.
• Experience with Indonesian accounting standards and tax filings.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial workflows, ensuring accurate records and timely closes.
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, budgets, and variance reports for project profitability.
• Forecast cash flows, manage liquidity, and schedule vendor payments across active pipelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee ERP data integrity and reporting efficiency across the group.
