Qualifications

• Extensive experience in logistics and forwarding operations, with container and freight management.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to negotiate with carriers and manage vendor relationships.
• Data analysis skills to monitor KPIs, costs, and efficiency.
• Experience leading on-site teams and coaching staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office and logistics tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics and forwarding operations, planning and coordinating shipments.
• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities and optimize routing.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for customs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure high service quality.
• Analyze performance, drive process improvements, and manage costs.
