Job summary

Total Teknik is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Project Control professional to lead schedules for data center construction in Kuningan, Jakarta on a full-time basis. You will develop baselines, monitor milestones, and drive on-time delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

In this role you will apply Primavera P6 and CPM/EVM expertise to generate detailed schedules, assess risks, coordinate with procurement and site teams, and report progress to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in project planning and control in construction/engineering.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM, EVM, and WBS knowledge.
• Willing to work on-site in Kuningan Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed Primavera P6 WBS and baseline schedules for data center projects.
• Track procurement progress and subcontractor performance against milestones.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and mitigation planning.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams on milestones and changes.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
