Job summary

Colliers International Indonesia is seeking a Project Scheduler experienced in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to lead planning activities for large-scale projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in project planning and a strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, with excellent communication skills and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies, construction sequences, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against baselines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to collect progress data and schedule updates.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts to milestones, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support project controls activities including schedule review, progress measurement, and change management.
• Conduct critical path analysis and evaluate recovery plans when required.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights for decision-making.
• Ensure planning activities comply with PMC standards, contractual requirements and client expectations.
