Job summary

Mandala Terra Capital is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This on-site role requires coordinating labour, equipment and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will lead site meetings, manage risks, maintain documentation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably on large or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in Indonesia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Civil3D, SketchUp, etc)
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Leadership capability with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience in real estate development or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to agreed milestones
• Managing project budgets, costs and resources to ensure financial efficiency and profitability
• Overseeing site operations, including coordination of labour, equipment and materials
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies
• Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and manage expectations
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction standards
• Identifying and resolving project issues, risks and delays promptly and effectively
• Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, reports and records
• Managing sub-contractors and supervising on-site teams to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Leading site meetings and progress reviews with all relevant parties
