Job summary

Pertamina Training & Consulting seeks a Helper Operation in the Maintenance division to support critical field operations in the energy sector. The role involves handling operational reporting, shift handovers, and interpreting technical documents such as P&IDs and datasheets, while monitoring key process parameters.

The candidate will work with industrial equipment and instrumentation, emphasizing Excel-based tracking and daily reporting, in a rotating shift setup suitable for oil and gas field

Qualifications

Male applicants up to 45 years old.
SMK Teknik with 3+ years experience OR D3/S1 Teknik with 2+ years experience.
Familiar with industrial equipment, reading technical drawings, and monitoring operating parameters.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Execute operational reporting and facilitate shift handovers.
Interpret P&ID, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures.
Monitor pressure, temperature, flow rate, level and gas quality.
Work with valves, meters, separators, scrubbers and instrumentation systems.
Utilize MS Excel for daily operations tracking and reporting.
Adapt to a rotating shift schedule in oil and gas field environments.
