Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk through Scientia Square Park is seeking an Officer - Sound Engineer to set up, operate, and maintain sound and lighting for events at Scientia Square Park, Serpong. You will coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth execution and perform ongoing equipment checks.

The role requires on-site presence, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules, and a strong foundation in audio/lighting systems and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or equivalent, preferably in Audio Engineering, Multimedia, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sound Engineer, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of audio and lighting systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to work on-site, weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on event schedules.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in live events, concerts, festivals, or outdoor events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage audio equipment including mixer, microphone, speakers, amplifiers, and wireless systems.
• Set up and operate lighting systems, including DMX and lighting controllers.
• Conduct sound checks, lighting tests, and troubleshoot technical issues during events.
• Coordinate with the Event, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Perform routine equipment checks and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
