PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk seeks a qualified lawyer to draft and review agreements with internal and external parties, and to provide legal opinions on university activities.

The role includes ensuring compliance with higher education and business regulations and coordinating with government bodies. The candidate should have strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, with at least one year in the legal field and a preference for those with PERADI licensing or related experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with specialization in Civil Law, Business Law, or State Administrative Law.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the legal field (experience in educational institutions is an advantage).
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and knowledgeable in regulations related to higher education and business.
• Strong critical thinking and legal analytical skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work in a team, and committed to professional ethics.
• PERADI license is preferred (if available).
• Possesses good character and life values, with a high level of dedication.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and examine agreements/contracts with external and/or internal parties.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on institutional activities.
• Ensure that all university activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal reviews related to higher education regulations, employment, intellectual property rights, and other relevant matters.
• Maintain systematic and well-documented legal records.
• Represent the university in formal legal proceedings when required (litigation/non-litigation).
• Coordinate with government agencies, notaries, and other external parties regarding legal matters.
