Peran ini menekankan analisis data untuk proyeksi permintaan serta koordinasi lintas fungsi. Posisi ini on-site di Jakarta Selatan dengan format kerja penuh waktu.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Manajemen Rantai Pasokan atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 3–5 tahun pengalaman di Demand Planning, Rantai Pasokan, Perencanaan Inventori, atau Analisis Data.
• Memahami peramalan permintaan, perencanaan permintaan, inventaris, dan perencanaan pasokan.
• Mampu memproses dan menganalisis data untuk proyeksi permintaan akurat.
• Mahir mengelola katalog produk, data induk, dan akurasi data.
• Dapat menganalisis permintaan historis, akurasi proyeksi, dan tren permintaan.
• Mampu memberikan rekomendasi terkait stok, pengisian ulang, dan kebutuhan pasokan berbasis data.
• Kecakapan analitis, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan kepemimpinan yang kuat.

Responsibilities

• Memantau dan mengoordinasikan manajemen katalog dan perencanaan permintaan agar data akurat dan tepat waktu.
• Mempersiapkan dan menganalisis proyeksi permintaan berdasarkan data historis, tren pasar, dan kebutuhan bisnis.
• Memantau perbandingan proyeksi vs. permintaan aktual dan menyusun tindakan korektif.
• Memelihara akurasi katalog produk, data induk, dan informasi perencanaan permintaan.
• Memantau tingkat inventori, kebutuhan pengisian, dan ketersediaan pasokan.
• Memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan akurasi proyeksi, efisiensi inventori, dan ketersediaan produk.
• Mengawasi aktivitas tim, memantau kinerja, dan memastikan tugas selesai sesuai target.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Monitor and coordinate catalog management and demand planning activities to ensure accurate and timely data.

• Prepare and analyze demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business requirements.

• Monitor forecast vs. actual demand and identify variances to support appropriate corrective actions.

• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of product catalogs, master data, and demand planning information.

• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and supply availability to support operational needs.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and product availability.

• Supervise team activities, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed according to established targets and procedures.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Agribusiness, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Data Analysis.

• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning.

• Ability to process and analyze data to generate accurate demand forecasts as a basis for planning requirements.

• Proficiency in managing product catalogs, master data, and data accuracy.

• Ability to analyze historical demand, forecast accuracy, and demand variance, as well as identify demand trends and patterns.

• Ability to provide recommendations regarding stock levels, replenishment, and supply requirements based on data analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
