The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of Odoo/ERP experience, strong business process knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience with ERP systems; Odoo is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes: Sales, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills; comfortable with client interaction.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Odoo development, with at least 1-2 years of experience. The role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the success of our company.

Support the Business Development team in presenting solution proposals and demonstrating Odoo capabilities during the early stages of the sales process.

Prepare presentation materials and demo flows tailored to different types of prospects, industries, and business requirements.

Create and configure demo environments to showcase relevant Odoo modules, workflows, and Doodex solutions to potential clients.

Lead functional workshops and gather user stories to define system specifications

Configure and customize Odoo modules to fit client needs (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)

Create functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides

Provide training and post-implementation support to users

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper system development and integration

Troubleshoot and escape issues where needed, ensuring timely resolution

Manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail and timelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 year experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)

Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working directly with clients and end-users

Good communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Familiarity with project management tools or ERP implementation methodology is a plus
