Job summary

Kozystay is a fast-growing hospitality technology startup in Jakarta, seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to support, optimize, and scale our Odoo ERP across departments. You will work closely with users and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions and drive continuous system improvements.

You will design, test, implement, and document Odoo workflows, while delivering user training and comprehensive SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, Accounting, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business applications.
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Ability to create FSDs, flowcharts, process diagrams and user manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting Odoo-related issues; strong analytical skills.
• Willing to work full-time, on-site in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Execute and resolve minor system tasks, adjustments, troubleshooting, and functional support.

Kozystay is a fast-growing hospitality technology start-up focused on the short-term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc.) for the next generation of guests. We provide premium end-to-end property management, using technology to streamline operations and deliver better guest experiences.

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Jakarta office (full WFO). This role is responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing the company’s Odoo ERP system to ensure smooth business operations across departments. You will work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs, provide functional solutions, and support continuous system improvements as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementation
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role
• Strong experience with Odoo software, especially Odoo 18 and above
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business applications
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Ability to create flowcharts, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process diagrams, and user manuals
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Odoo-related issues
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams
• Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Jakarta
