Job summary

Peepl in Jakarta is seeking an IT Odoo Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, manage Odoo implementation, and supervise developers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with Odoo modules and strong coordination skills to lead UAT, training, and go-live activities. Indonesia-based candidates preferred; collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional / ERP Business Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, HR).
• Able to prepare BRD/FSD, UAT scenarios, and user manuals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise v16+, API/REST integration, or Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and Odoo ORM is a plus.
