C.H. Robinson is seeking an Executive - Ocean Freight to join our team. You will manage the end-to-end Ocean Export shipment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met with accuracy and timeliness.

You will oversee shipment execution, maintain daily communication, and manage reporting and email correspondence, taking ownership of account success by delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Ocean Export experience in International Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Global Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Ocean Export shipment lifecycle for assigned accounts.
• Oversee shipment execution, daily communication, and reporting.
• Take ownership of account success by delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
• Coordinate bookings, pre-alerts, filings, delivery, and invoicing to meet SOPs.
• Collaborate with international team members and third-party agents for efficiency and problem resolution.
• Build relationships with customers and respond timely to ensure issue resolution.
• Provide reporting and documentation support to internal and external customers.
• Participate in customer business reviews.
• Apply industry knowledge to adapt processes and create solutions.
