Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Ocean Export experience in International Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Global Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Ocean Export shipment lifecycle for assigned accounts.
• Oversee shipment execution, daily communication, and reporting.

• Coordinate bookings, pre-alerts, filings, delivery, and invoicing to meet SOPs.
• Collaborate with international team members and third-party agents for efficiency and problem resolution.
• Build relationships with customers and respond timely to ensure issue resolution.
• Provide reporting and documentation support to internal and external customers.
• Participate in customer business reviews.
• Apply industry knowledge to adapt processes and create solutions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Operational Excellence:

• Understand the processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from time of purchase order issuance through the delivery of the cargo.
• Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and to create solutions in response to challenges both internally and externally.
• Coordinate tasks on the shipments to meet all customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, processing pre-alerts, governmental filings, executing delivery, ensuring proper invoicing, etc.

Facilitate Relationships:

• Collaborate with our international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service and creative problem resolution.
• Build great relationships with customers, responding timely and following up on issue resolution
• Provide reporting and documentation support to internal and external customers.
• Participate in customer business reviews.
• Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and to create solutions in response to challenges both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate from an accredited university with a relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields OR
• Minimum 1 year of experience of Ocean Export in International Freight Forwarding, International Logistics, Global Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
