Job summary

Sentri Fortuna Sejahtera is seeking a Nutrition Consultant to provide basic consultations via chat, call, or online sessions, helping customers make healthy choices.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field, with 0–1 year of experience or internship; comfort with Google Docs/Sheets, email and chat apps, and a friendly, clear communication style for non-medical audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Nutrition Science or related field.
• Valid nutrition license/registration preferred.
• 0–1 year nutrition consultation experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong understanding of macro and micronutrients and daily requirements.
• Able to explain concepts in simple, friendly language for non-medical audiences.
• Proficient with basic digital tools (Docs/Sheets, email, chat apps).

B. Compliance & Ethics

Ensure all advice is aligned with basic nutrition guidelines and professional ethics.

Understand the boundaries between general nutrition advice and medical conditions that must be referred to a doctor.

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Must-Have:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Nutrition Science or related field.
• Preferably holds a valid nutritionist license/registration.
• 0-1 year of experience providing nutrition consultations.
• Strong fresh graduates with internship/clinical experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic macro & micro nutrition & daily requirements for weight management
• Able to explain scientific concepts in simple, friendly language for non-medical audiences.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Docs/Sheets, email, chat apps, etc.).

B. Nice to Have:

• Experience working with health / wellness / F&B brands.
