Job summary
PT Paramount Enterprise International is seeking a Nutrition Specialist to develop evidence-based nutrition protocols and translate health data into personalized meal plans. Ideal candidates will have a nutrition-focused degree and experience in therapeutic or performance nutrition, with proven kitchen oversight capabilities and strong documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Functional Nutrition, or related field is required.
- Experience in therapeutic nutrition and/or performance nutrition.
- Experience overseeing kitchen or culinary operations.
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping with a structured approach.
- Highly disciplined, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based nutrition protocols based on laboratory results, medical recommendations, and longevity/ wellness goals.
- Translate medical dashboards and health data into structured, personalized meal plans.
- Adjust nutrition strategies based on biomarker trends and health indicators.
- Collaborate closely with physicians to align nutrition with medical treatments and prevent diet–medication interactions.
- Implement therapeutic nutrition protocols and specialized dietary interventions when required.
