Job summary

PT Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo (Wonokoyo Group) is seeking a Poultry Nutrition Manager to optimize nutrition programs and improve feed efficiency across operations in Indonesia. You will lead formulation development, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with Farm, Feedmill, Veterinary, QC, R&D, and procurement teams to drive farm performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field, at least 7 years in poultry nutrition, strong data analysis, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Nutrition & Feed Technology, Animal Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Poultry Nutrition / Feed Formulation.
• Experience in feedmill and poultry integration operations.
• Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed formulation.
• Ability to analyze livestock performance: FCR, ADG, Feed Intake, Mortality, Livability, Egg Production, Egg Mass, and other parameters.
• Good data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Feed formulation software proficiency is an added value.
• Willing to conduct official travel to operational units/farms.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Nutrition & Feed Technology, Animal Science, or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in Poultry Nutrition / Feed Formulation

Experience in feedmill, poultry integration, broiler, layer, or breeder operations

Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed formulation

Understanding of raw material evaluation and feed additives usage

Ability to analyze livestock performance: FCR, ADG, Feed Intake, Mortality, Livability, Egg Production, Egg Mass, and other parameters

Good data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills

Feed formulation software proficiency is an added value

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making capabilities
