Job summary

Volex is seeking a Program Manager to partner with sales, engineering, operations and finance to deliver programs on time and on budget. You will drive multiple projects, coordinate resources, and act as the chief operating officer of the team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will shape programs, manage client relationships, and ensure timely execution while understanding the P&L with the Account Manager and maintaining strong governance and performance metrics across work streams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience in program management in manufacturing.
• Fast response time to sales or customer enquiries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work outside normal office hours.
• Relationship builder with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage scope of work and program timelines with GM.
• Coordinate resources and plans with GM to deliver projects.
• Conduct kickoff and regular review meetings to track progress.
• Develop governance and performance metrics for projects.
• Support revenue goals by reducing conversion time from win to PO.
• Engage in new business calls to develop value proposition.
