Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in driving daily project execution, cross-functional coordination, and schedule tracking. You will liaise between Engineering, Planning, QA, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth NPI and timely project delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of PM, NPI coordination, or production planning experience in electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management (PM), NPI Coordination, or Production Planning within Electronics Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of EMS operations, NPI workflows, document control, and cross-departmental project tracking.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong interpersonal communication to liaise across engineering and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily Project Execution: Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and executing daily project tasks, action items, and milestone deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align operational activities across Planning, Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, and Warehouse.
• NPI Implementation: Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) trial runs, project rollout, and document control management.
• Customer & Data Management: Consolidate, update, and maintain project data records while supporting customer communication and progress reporting.
