Job summary

Flex is seeking an NPI Assistant Manager for our Batam, Indonesia location. You will participate in reviewing customer contracts and designs, support data gathering/analysis, and work with senior management on strategic objectives.

You will interact with executives, customers, and regulatory bodies while overseeing supplier management related to product development, ensuring safety and high quality across deliveries.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 6 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies at the site.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the review of customer contracts and engineering designs by outlining requirements and considerations.
• Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
• Partners with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers, and outside regulatory agencies.
• Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration.
• Makes sure that the products are safe and maintain high quality for the customers.
• Reports the progress of implementation of Flex’s products.
• Makes sure that the products provided to the customers are of high quality.
