Job summary

Albéa in Indonesia is seeking a Project Leader to plan, coordinate, and monitor new product development and customer projects from initiation to mass production, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence. You will work with Sales, R&D, Production, QA, PPIC, Engineering and Supply Chain to drive successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in Project Management or similar role.
• Strong PM and coordination skills.
• Good leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in packaging industries preferred (e.g., Flexible/Plastic packaging).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate NPD and customer projects from initiation to mass production.
• Develop project timelines and monitor progress to meet milestones.
• Coordinate activities among internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support product trials, validation, and production implementation.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery targets.
• Prepare project updates for management.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
