Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager in Indonesia to act as the FPOC for export-related product queries and to manage Export NPD, product adaptations, and packaging changes. You will develop and maintain project plans, drive timelines, and lead monthly NPD meetings with customers and the PVM Indonesia Management Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; business/engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related roles.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP.
• Knowledge of Production Planning and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the FPOC for export-related product queries for PT PVMI.
• Manage Export NPD, product adaptations, and packaging changes.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for Export NPD projects.
• Drive and monitor project execution to ensure timely and OTIF implementation.
• Lead Stage Gate and NPD meetings with PVM Indonesia management.
• Lead NPD update meetings with customers (FE, Philippines, NEA, MEA).
• Communicate progress, milestones, risks, and issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop improved packaging configurations.
• Monitor inventory for discontinuation or mutation to minimize scrapping costs and determine cut-off timing.
• Lead and manage the Project Management Supervisor through delegation, coaching, and performance management.
