Job summary

Prudential Syariah in Jakarta is seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our 2nd line of defense in Non-Financial Risk and Technology Risk. You will translate complex risks into clear business insights and partner with senior leaders.

The role requires at least 5 years in financial services or regulated industries and excellent communication with management, delivering risk reports and dashboards to executive committees.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Non-Financial Risk and Technology Risk.
• Ability to translate technical risks into clear business impact.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services or regulated industries as Risk Management or a 2nd Line role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-financial and technology risk, ensuring robust assessment, mitigation, and escalation.
• Provide independent challenge and trusted advisory on non-financial risk as 2nd line.
• Manage end-to-end NFRM lifecycle: RCSA, KRI, risk register, and regulatory alignment.
• Escalate material risks and issues to the Executive Committee.
• Deliver high-quality risk reporting, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Act as risk steward for major incidents and technology-related events.
• Support policy development, standards, and risk awareness initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop risk team and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as risk steward for significant incidents and issues, including technology‑related events.
• Support development and implementation of risk policies, standards, and risk awareness initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop risk team and coordinators to strengthen organizational risk capability.
