Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead our overnight operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.

You will supervise night staff, oversee the night audit, cash handling, and overnight reporting, and respond to emergencies with composure.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in hospitality, 1–2 years in a night supervisory role, English fluency, and knowledge of PMS/Opera.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in hospitality with 1–2 years in night supervisory/managerial role (Night Auditor, Duty Manager, etc.) in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Proficient in hotel management software, including PMS and POS; Opera experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); second language such as Mandarin/Japanese/Arabic desirable.

NIGHT MANAGER

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of working experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1-2 years in a night supervisory/managerial role (such as Night Auditor, Duty Manager, or Front Office Supervisor) at a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Technical Skills & Languages:

Proficient in hotel management software, including Property Management Systems (PMS), POS, and specific applications like Opera.

Strong understanding of hotel accounting fundamentals, end-of-day/night audit processes, and overnight financial reporting.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in an additional foreign language (such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic) is highly desirable.

Competencies & Certifications:

Certification or training competency in tourism/hospitality (such as BNSP or PHRI) is an added advantage.

Proven leadership ability to manage and supervise operational staff during night shifts without direct upper-management oversight.

Adept at crisis management, handling emergencies, security matters, and maintaining service quality standards during night walkthroughs.

Strong communication skills, guest-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently under high pressure.
