A care support organization is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include personal care, health support, and promoting independence in daily living activities. The ideal candidate requires a High School Diploma or GED, DSP Certification, and strong communication skills. Salary is $19.2308 per hour with comprehensive health benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct care to adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities preferred.
• AMAP Certification – current or able to obtain within six months of hire.
• SCIP-R Certification – current or able to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and health support, including hygiene and medication administration.
• Support nutrition and mealtime activities, including meal preparation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized residential environment.

Formation
