MatchaTalent seeks a Head of Mining Engineering for a major nickel project in North Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. You will hold KTT responsibility for all mining activities on-site, ensuring compliance with ESDM regulations, GMP, and environmental safety across exploration and construction phases.

You will oversee mining operations, permits, RKAB processes, grade control, stockpile management, budgeting, and contractor oversight, while guiding a multidisciplinary team and coordinating

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• POP, POM, and POU certifications; POU required for KTT status.
• 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB, mine planning, grade control, stockpile management, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management; good English.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and liaise with government agencies.
• Lead preparation and control of RKAB, feasibility studies, and AMDAL.
• Oversee overburden removal, ore hauling, stockpile, shipping, and grade control.
• Lead HSE initiatives and GMP compliance.
• Manage operations team and contractors to meet technical and safety standards.
