MatchaTalent is seeking a Head of Mining Engineering (KTT) to lead on-site mining activities in Sulawesi, ensuring compliance with ESDM regulations and GMP practices. You will oversee exploration-to-operations groundwork, manage permits, and coordinate with government agencies.

The role requires 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial experience, POP/POM/POU certifications, and strong leadership with excellent English communication for cross-functional and regulatory engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• POP, POM, and POU certifications (POU required for KTT).
• 8+ years in nickel mining with supervisory/ KTT experience.
• Strong knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB, and mine planning.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with mining regulations (ESDM) and act as liaison with government agencies.
• Lead preparation, evaluation, and control of RKAB documents, Feasibility Studies, and AMDAL.
• Oversee mining operations including overburden removal, ore getting, hauling, stockpile management, shipping and grade control.
• Lead HSE initiatives by enforcing GMP, SMKP and environmental compliance.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the operations team and contractors.
