Plan International Indonesia is seeking a Supply Chain Officer Consultant to support the AIR SETARA Project in Manggarai. The role focuses on procurement management, asset and fleet operations, and office premises oversight to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Based in Ruteng, the consultant will coordinate with the Senior Procurement Officer and project manager, travel to field locations, and maintain auditable documentation using Plan Indonesia systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience with NGOs or donor-funded projects is desirable.
• Strong procurement, documentation, and compliance skills.

Mansioni

• Lead procurement activities for project goods, services, and works.
• Coordinate asset tagging, inventory, and disposals.
• Manage transportation and fleet arrangements for project activities.
• Maintain auditable procurement and asset documentation in Plan Indonesia systems.
• Submit monthly reports and coordinate with the Senior Procurement Officer.
• Support travel and field visits to project sites and suppliers.
