• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting project coordination and implementation.
• Experience in reporting and documentation.
• Experience in HR, labor-related programming, or private sector engagement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate annual and detailed activity work plans and schedules.
• Assist with logistics for activities, workshops, trainings, and field visits.
• Coordinate with Jakarta and Makassar offices and implementation areas.
• Prepare activity reports, briefing materials, and records per procedures.
• Support budgeting, procurement, travel documentation, and donor requirements.
