• Design short term sales plan and coordinate with internal related parties.
• Design marketing plan by identifying focus winning industry for the branch.
• Obtain profitable results by increasing Branch lending and funding portfolio.
• Manage branch’s NPL portfolio by maintaining credit quality.
• Manage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivating.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure all Branch activities in according with guidance by manage, monitor and control branch daily activities
• Ensure all credit administration comply with internal and external regulation
