• Obtain profitable results by increasing Branch lending and funding portfolio.
• Manage branch’s NPL portfolio by maintaining credit quality.
• Manage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivating.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
