Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Network Operations Engineer for Jakarta to operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge.

Responsibilities include monitoring network availability, troubleshooting incidents within SLA, and coordinating with IT teams and vendors on changes and projects. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of network engineering or operations experience.
• CCNA/CCNP level networking knowledge or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents within SLA.
• Perform network configuration changes, upgrades, and migrations.
• Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with IT teams, ISPs, and vendors to resolve issues and support projects.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call support.
