Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Network Operations Engineer for Jakarta to operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge.

Responsibilities include monitoring network availability, troubleshooting incidents within SLA, and coordinating with IT teams and vendors on changes and projects. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

Role Summary & Responsibility:
Operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, internet, VPN, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi. Ensure network availability, resolve incidents within SLA, and support network changes and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of network engineering or operations experience.

CCNA/CCNP-level networking knowledge or equivalent experience.

Hands‑on experience with BGP, FortiGate, enterprise Wi‑Fi, routing, and switching.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

Good troubleshooting, incident management, and English communication skills.

Willing to participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities:
