Job summary

Orang Tua Group in Jakarta requires an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and improve our factory and shop networks. You will install and troubleshoot router devices, VLANs, and server infrastructure while coordinating with service providers.

You will also manage access control and security systems (firewalls, CCTV) and maintain IT infrastructure documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 2–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik) and VLANs.
• Troubleshoot access control devices and security (Firewall, CCTV).
• Monitor providers for server devices and network.
• Administer IT infrastructure documents.
• Visit assigned factory/shop/area.
