Job summary

PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) is seeking a Network Infrastructure professional to join immediately. The role focuses on maintaining a secure, highly available network and supporting enterprise environments with hands‑on troubleshooting of L2/L3 devices, VPNs, and load balancers.

The ideal candidate has strong skills in VLAN/STP/OSPF/BGP and firewall management, with experience using tools like Wireshark to analyze traffic and ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Network Administration / Network Operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise production network environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure and highly available network environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot L2/L3 devices, load balancers, and DCI connectivity.
• Manage firewall rules and VPN connectivity.
• Configure and manage traffic distribution via load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM).
• Monitor network performance and perform packet analysis for issue resolution.
